Bicycles are not deemed as medically necessary under insurance plans. It may not be medically necessary but is such a necessary part of anybodies childhood. William received a Rifton bicycle to ride around his neighborhood, and here he is, cruising around...can't wait for it to be warmer so he can really enjoy his new bike! - March 2013
